Tzach Borovich – Before founding The Cabinet, Tzach held several key positions, including coordinator at the National Security Council in the Prime Minister’s Office, partner and professional director at one of Israel’s most prominent lobbying firms, and VP of Business Development at “Beilink” (headed by former Minister Dr. Yossi Beilin). He lectures at Reichman University, Columbia Business School, the World Zionist Organization, and other institutions. Tzach holds an M.A. in Diplomacy and Security from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Reichman University.

Yoel Hasson – During his 11 years as a Member of Knesset, Yoel Hasson held numerous senior roles, including Coalition Chair, Deputy Speaker of the Knesset, Chair of the State Control Committee, Opposition Whip, President of the World Zionist Congress, Head of the Betar Movement, and advisor to the late Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. Yoel is widely regarded as a leading legislator whose influence continues to shape Israeli public life across many fields. He holds a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from Reichman University.

Nitzan Bassan – Nitzan has extensive experience in politics and media. He worked as a researcher for several current affairs programs and as a research assistant in the Political Psychology Lab at Reichman University and the Hebrew University. He interned in the office of MK Nitzan Horowitz, led the student union at Tel Aviv University, and coordinated field operations for the 20th Knesset elections. He has regulatory expertise in urban planning and construction, holds a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from Reichman University, and is pursuing an M.A. in Sociology at Tel Aviv University.

Yotam Dvir –  Yotam brings extensive experience in strategic consulting for political and public systems. He has held several key positions in the Knesset and government, including advisor to the Minister of Diaspora Affairs Dr. Nachman Shai, spokesperson and advisor to a Knesset Member, Chief of Staff of the Labor Party’s Secretary General, and head of the party’s municipal headquarters. Previously, he was an operations manager at the Flight-Testing Directorate at Elbit Systems. Yotam holds a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy, specializing in conflict resolution and political communication from Reichman University.

Adv. Or Keshet – Or has held a range of roles in the public and civil sectors, including parliamentary advisor and legislative coordinator in the 20th Knesset; policy advocate for the LGBTQ+ Coalition, where he led parliamentary and political initiatives that reshaped the reality for Israel’s LGBTQ+ community; and Director of Rights Promotion and Government Relations at ALUT – The Israeli Society for Children and Adults with Autism. Or is a licensed attorney in Israel with a dual B.A. in Law and Political Science and an M.A. in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University.

Hanita Hefetz – Hanita has over 15 years of experience in various governmental arenas. She began as an intern for the Chair of the State Control Committee, served as a parliamentary advisor to an MK, and worked as a professional lobbyist in several of Israel’s leading firms. Hanita has worked across professional and parliamentary domains involving the public, third, and business sectors. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Sapir Academic College.

Hila Liberman-Shemesh – Hila has a background in advertising, managing television and film production projects. She worked with major advertising agencies and led post-production phases for commercials, promos, documentaries, and interactive films in Israel and abroad. During her studies, Hila hosted a weekly show on Kol HaNegev radio and produced “Southern Spirit” on Israel’s Reshet Bet radio. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Sapir Academic College and an M.A. in Political Communication from Tel Aviv University.
